Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MiyMotor (the ‘App’), developed by Devorso, Inc. (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

MiyMotor is a vehicle maintenance management platform that allows users to track service history, scan receipts, and receive maintenance insights. The App is provided for informational purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MiyMotor. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

User Content and Receipts

You retain ownership of any data or receipts you upload to MiyMotor. However, by uploading content, you grant Devorso, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze this data to provide the App’s services to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.
• Upload malicious code or viruses.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Maintenance Suggestions & Disclaimer

MiyMotor provides maintenance recommendations based on user-provided data and general manufacturer guidelines. THESE ARE SUGGESTIONS ONLY. We do not provide professional mechanical advice. Always consult a certified mechanic for vehicle safety and repair decisions.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, and graphics in the App are the property of Devorso, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVORSO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VEHICLE DAMAGE, MECHANICAL FAILURE, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR use OF THE APP.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
